The Club's ongoing projects and continued contributions went to St. James Settlement, Harmony House, Vocational Training Council, the Open University of Hong Kong and the Jinan University. In order to mark the start of the Club's second decade, a new logo was adopted to enhance the Club's recognition.

Rafael's Presidency spanned the beginning and end (hopefully) of the SARS crisis in Hong Kong and he has contributed greatly to those who have been affected by SARS in both Hong Kong and China.
