Luncheon with the Honourable Mr Donald Tsang

It gives me great honour and much pleasure to announce that the Honourable Mr Donald Tsang, Chief Executive of the HKSAR, has kindly accepted our invitation to speak at a specially arranged District Luncheon Meeting to be held on 18 June, 2010. The title of his speech is – “Political Reform for 2012” and the event will be aired live on TV.
As this event will be a great occasion to promote our Rotary causes to the government, I would like to enlist your great help in promoting this event not only among your club members, but to possible prospective members as well. I have all the confidence that with your great support, the turnout will be strong and hopefully be full house.
As the venue of the event has a limited capacity of 350 seats, the availability of the seats will be on a first come first served basis. Please submit your club’s registration as soon as possible to ensure seat placement. Details of the luncheon are as follows:
Date: Friday 18 June 2010
Venue: Room N201, 2nd floor, Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre
Time: 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm (all attendees should be seated by 12:30 pm as the Chief Executive will arrive at 12:45 pm sharp)
Language: Cantonese with simultaneous interpretation into English
Charges: HK$350 per person for Rotarians; HK$450 for guests
Sponsorship: Six Corporate Tables (12 persons per table) close to the head table are available for HK$12,000 each
Registration: Registrations should be made with the Club President who should also collect payments and send the list of attendees together with a consolidated cheque to RIC. The cheque should be made payable to “Rotary District 3450 Ltd”. Please note that only registered persons will be allowed to enter the Luncheon area.
