This year, we are reaching our 21st anniversary and would like to celebrate in the most festive and romantic way by inviting you to join our Annual Charity Ball to be held on Saturday June 4th 2011 in the Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
Our entertainment will include a live band, French singer Mouron, and other astonishing surprises making this evening one to enjoy and to remember. The charity ball will also include an exclusive live auction and an outstandingly generous lucky draw.
Building Communities, Bridging Continents is the Rotary International theme this year and also represents our values. We support a number of charity projects across Hong Kong and Asia including Harmony House, a School and Clinic Project, sponsor scholarship programs, projects at the Vocational Training Council, the Open University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Ballet Group and City Contemporary Dance Company, Alliance for Smiles, which through their action transforms so many lives, Habitat for Humanity Tai’O Village preservation core project.
As Rotary is about bringing hope and sharing time and love with people less fortunate than us, we would really be grateful for your support of our GALA BALL, premier fund raising event each Rotary year. All proceeds will go to charity.
You may contribute by means of sponsorship, cash donation, auction items, prizes for the lucky draw, table prizes and/or through placement of an advertisement in our Ball Programme. With over 300 prominent celebrities attending the Ball you can rest assured that your support and contribution will be both appreciated and acknowledged.
